Relaxation and taking time to care for yourself is an important priority not just for physical health, but also mentally. Reducing stress has countless benefits, and practicing self care is proven to reduce stress and trigger your body´s natural production of "feel good" hormones. 


This is why we arrange spa sessions with Jacuzzis and steam rooms, to give both users and volunteers a relaxing and fun day out. Our spa sessions are arranged every last Tuesday of the month.
