Easter Celebrations

We have been working tirelessly to combat social isolation and loneliness by providing online activities and social events with our clients, especially during holidays that would usually be spent with family. Many of our bereaved clients have no one else to talk to and celebrate with during these events so we have been providing these events to our clients to give them a chance to celebrate with us. 

In 2021 we arranged a number of online activities for our clients to engage with over Easter, including online parties, bingo, prize winning and special cooking and baking sessions for all our clients to access free of charge! We love having the chance to connect our clients together and arrange fun activities like this for all our clients to engage in.     

While we recognise that we can't replace a lost spouse or loved one we endeavor to try to provide an important social connection during difficult times for our bereaved community. We are honoured by the trust the community has in us and we always aim to provide back to the community in any way we can and we think by offering services like this we can really start to improve social cohesion and connection in our community.

We hope to soon be able to reinstate our face-to-face celebrations that took place annually before the outbreak of the pandemic. These celebrations included arts and crafts, singing, dancing, food, and much more. They provided an opportunity for socialisation and celebrations, bringing all of our beneficiaries together.
