• Disclosure of your information
We may share your personal with our third-party service providers (such as IT hosts) or in exceptional circumstances, where we are required to do so by law.
How long we retain your information
We will retain your personal data in accordance with our record retention policy, which is as follows:
• For personal data we hold about staff (including employees, temporary staff and volunteers), we will hold personal data for six (6) years after they have stopped working with us;
• We will hold our clients' personal data for a period of two (2) years after our last contact with them.
